Friends of Garner Annual River Clean-up

Join the Friends of Garner and work together to help keep the Frio River and Garner State Park beautiful for everyone to enjoy!

Volunteers of all ages are welcome! Whether you’re a longtime volunteer or joining us for the first time, your help makes a real difference in preserving one of Texas’ most treasured parks.

The Annual River Clean-up starts at 9 AM, and volunteers should bring comfortable clothing, closed-toe or water shoes, work gloves, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses, and a refillable water bottle. Cleanup supplies and trash bags will be provided.

There are a limited number of FREE campsites for volunteers. Please call as soon as possible to reserve a site.
