River access: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Wes Cooksey Park is a peaceful spot to enjoy the river and the outdoors. You can float in a tube, kayak, or canoe, or just relax by the water. The park has areas for picnics and taking a break under the trees. Bird watchers will find plenty to enjoy along the river.
